Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center

Open to Residents of all States

Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center is the only Veterans' Nursing Home with a hospital on its main campus. In Huerfano County, Colorado, we are located minutes from I-25, between Pueblo and Trinidad. Our location is remarkable, with plains to the east, a State Park across the street, and majestic mountains surrounding 270 degrees of the property.

With 90 long-term care beds, the Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center serves veterans, spouses, widows, and Gold Star parents of veterans from across the country. Colorado residency is not a requirement for residency, and we work closely with families to identify conditions or disabilities that may significantly subsidize the cost of care.

We strive daily to provide exceptional care delivered with dignity and respect. Our activities program is led by a team of dedicated professionals who host approximately 150 diverse planned activities each month. It is our honor and privilege to care for our residents and their families.
