SPRHC Code of Conduct

Core Principles of the SPRHC Code of Conduct

Commitment to Ethical Behavior
All staff, volunteers, and affiliates are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions, whether with patients, families, coworkers, or the community.

Patient-Centered Care
SPRHC emphasizes respect, dignity, and compassion in patient care. Every patient has the right to receive safe, high-quality, and confidential medical services.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Employees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the company's internal policies and procedures. This includes regulations related to patient privacy (HIPAA), billing practices, and workplace safety.

Workplace Conduct
The health center promotes a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment. Discrimination or retaliation of any kind is not tolerated.

Confidentiality and Privacy
Protecting patient and organizational information is a top priority. Staff are trained to handle sensitive data responsibly and by legal standards.

Reporting and Accountability
SPRHC encourages employees to report unethical behavior or violations of the Code without fear of retaliation. There are clear channels for confidential reporting and investigation.

Continuous Improvement
The organization supports ongoing education, training, and quality improvement to ensure that care and conduct meet the evolving standards and needs of the community.
