Our Levels of Care
- Long-term care: These services include skilled nursing care, speech, physical, and occupational therapy, social activities, and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and other daily tasks.
- Short-term rehabilitation: Individuals seeking to return home following a qualifying hospital stay can work to regain skills and improve physical strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity through Medicare-certified rehabilitation services at the Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center.
- Memory Care Services: We provide specialized care for individuals with demenAlzheimer'smer's disease, and other memory-related conditions. Our specially trained staff works with residents with memory care needs, and we offer a secure unit for enhanced safety.
- Short-term respite care: Our respite care program offers a short-term stay option for family members who need a break from caregiving. Respite stays are easy to arrange and provide prospective residents and their families an inside peek at the Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center.
- End-of-life/hospice services: We're proud to partner with Sangre de Cristo Hospice to provide comfort-oriented care with the dignity and respect our cherished residents deserve.
