MY PEAK HEALTH is Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center's advanced patient portal - giving patients of the hospital and our clinics enhanced access to their medical records, along with interactive capabilities that improve communication.

MY PEAK HEALTH lets you manage your health information and care easily and securely. It includes:
Health Information
- Lab and exam results
- Allergies and conditions
- Immunizations
- Medications, including prescription renewals
- Visit history
- Current stay
- Discharge information
- Health summary.
Appointments
- Review upcoming appointments, including location details.
Communication
- Securely communicate with your Physician/Provider.
- Update Personal Information.
Billing
- Online bill pay
- Outstanding balances.
Additional Benefits
Beyond a variety of health management features, MY PEAK HEALTH provides:
Shared Access
You can grant access to your MY PEAK HEALTH to trusted individuals, such as family members, and can specify which types of information they can see. This needs to be done at SPRHC and requires consent from you and your family member(s).
Security
MY PEAK HEALTH is encrypted, and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied and pasted. Only you and authorized family members can access it. A timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open.
Integration
All the information in MY PEAK HEALTH comes from your Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center's Electronic Health Record to ensure you have accurate, up-to-date information.
