Dr. Frederiksen is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as a gynecologist at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, National Naval Medical Center, the United States Air Force Academy, and Evans Army Community Hospital. She earned her bachelor's degree in microbiology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Frederiksen completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

She is board-certified in gynecology and will be available for surgical procedures on Wednesday mornings. Additionally, she will provide care at the Specialty Clinic on Wednesday afternoons.
