Join us for a morning of wellness at the Harvesting Health Community Health Fair, hosted by Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center. Take advantage of affordable lab testing and connect with local health resources.

🧪 Lab Tests Available – $60

• CBC (Complete Blood Count)
• CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
• Lipid Panel
• A1C (Hemoglobin A1C)
• TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)

Optional PSA Test – $20

• Thurs, Oct 2 – Gardner-Mobile Clinic at La Clinica | 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Fri, Oct 3 – Aguilar-Mobile Clinic at Aguilar Jr./Sr. High School | 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Mon, Oct 6 – Employees – Admin Boardroom | 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Tues, Oct 7 – La Veta Clinic | 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
• Wed, Oct 8 – Walsenburg SPRHC Ambulance | 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

• High Dose Flu Vaccines – SPRHC Family Clinic
• Flu Vaccines – Las Animas/Huerfano Health Department
• Shingles, Pneumonia & RSV – Retail Pharmacy
