Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center seeks a full-time Marketing Manager to be responsible for managing the facility's overall marketing and coummunication needs of the nursing home, hospital, and clinics. This position is responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic marketing plans that advance the facility's business plan and that are consistent with the facility's vision and mission statement. Manager will oversee the development of the various facets of marketing and public relations, including market research, electronic, print, and online advertising, media relations, and events. Responsibilities also include the coordination of activities to ensure stabilization of the nursing home's residents, hopsital/clinic revenues, and appropriate staffing levels. Position is full-time with attractive benefit package. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Management or similar scope of study is required. Additionally, successful candidate should posses a minimum 3 years experience working in a marketing, business, and/or management-level position.
