The following services are available, but are not included in the daily rate:

• Specialty equipment (i.e. oversized wheelchairs
• Dental services after initial examination
• Eye examinations, eyeglasses, other eyewear
• Hearing examinations and hearing aids
• Specialist/physician services other than primary care physician
• Other medical services incurred at private hospitals, clinics, etc
