HYDRATION AIDE

The Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home a department of Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is seeking one full-time and one PRN Hydration Aide. The employees in these positions work to provide residents with their hydration needs to include the following duties: pass ice and fresh water; offer and encourage residents to consume fluids and snacks between meals; assist any dependent resident with consuming fluids and foods offered; record percentages of diet consumed at mealtimes; assist with helping residents to the dining room and assists with feeding; assists residents to doctor appointments. Experience in customer service related work preferred and good organizational skills required. Some weekends and holidays required. Previous experience preferred but not required. SPANISH PEAKS FAMILY CLINIC – NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Spanish Peaks Family Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant for a full-time position providing primary care services. Candidate must have a Master’s of Science in Nursing or a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, Board Certified, a current Colorado State License, a current DEA License and current ACLS. A strong background in clinical primary care is required, with rural health care experience preferred. The person in this position must be able to work in a collaborative way with supervising physicians and support staff and be able to generate and maintain a patient-centered approach to the delivery of care. This position is scheduled Monday – Friday, 9 am- 5 pm. Once a month – Tuesday and/or Thursday till 8pm. The Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center’s Laboratory Department is seeking a full-time Medical Technologist. Qualified applicant must possess an Associates or Bachelor degree in a chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology field from an accredited institution and have national certification or registration as a Medical Technologist. Applicant must have at least one year experience working in a clinical laboratory in all clinical laboratory disciplines and have experience with clinical laboratory analyzers and laboratory information systems. This position will work predominately day shift with an occasional evening or night shift and some weekends. The nursing home department of SPRHC have a variety of shifts open for LPNs, full time, part time and PRN. Successful applicants must have graduated from an approved school of practical nursing and have a valid Colorado or compact state license. Some holidays and weekends work expected. SPANISH PEAKS REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER – RNs

The hospital and nursing home departments of SPRHC have PRN openings for RNs in the facility. Successful applicants must have graduated from an approved school of nursing and have a valid Colorado or compact state license. Current ACLS, TNCC and ENPC certifications required within 6 months of hire for RNs working in Acute/ER.
