Spanish Peaks Family Clinic
We provide complete oupatient health care services to the families of the region and to visitors to our beautiful part of Colorado. Our friendly and talented staff offers 5 days a week appointments and a complete list of diagnostic and treatment services and programs of care. We are conveniently located just a few steps west of Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center (SPRHC) hospital with ample free parking just outside our front door.

In addition to our main clinic facility on the SPRHC campus, we also offer out-patient services in town in Walsenburg at our Outreach Clinic. This facility is open on a more limited schedule and is staffed by the same providers that staff our main clinic.

We also take care of hospitalized patients at the Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center and nursing home patients at the Colorado State Veteran’s Nursing Home.

Our services include:

•Adult and adolescent health care
•Women’s health care including pap smears, hormone therapy, menopause care and birth control.
•Pediatric care including well child checks and immunizations
•Well-man examinations
•Geriatric care
•Sports and school examinations
•Pre-natal care up to the 8th month of pregnancy
•CAT and MRI scanning (at SPRHC)
•Orthopedic care Complete laboratory examinations (at SPRHC)
Dermatology care On-campus and off-campus
specialty consultations
•Family Planning
•Minor surgical procedures
